Profile Guidelines
A good profile helps the rest of the community, and organizations looking for AI talent in Eswatini, actually find and understand you. These fields are required before your application can be approved.
Photo
Use your real name and a clear headshot. Profiles represent real people building AI in Eswatini, so this is how others recognize who they're reaching out to.
Bio
A couple of sentences on your background, what you're working on, and what you're looking for. Specifics are more useful than titles.
Occupation & skills
Your occupation and at least one skill are how the talent directory gets searched. Keep them current as things change.
Links
At least one link, website, LinkedIn, X, or other, so your profile has somewhere to go beyond the page itself.
Visibility
Public profiles are listed in the community directory and viewable by anyone. Prefer not to be listed yet? Switch to private from your account menu, any time.
Community conduct
- Be respectful. Disagreement is fine; harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks aren't.
- Keep it honest. Don't misrepresent your skills, affiliations, or work.
- No spam or unsolicited selling in bios, messages, or links.
- Respect people's time and privacy. Don't share someone else's information without their consent.
Profiles or behavior that don't fit these guidelines may be edited, unpublished, or removed. Questions or something to report? info@aieswatini.org.
